Returns

We hope you love your new Edenborough Evans purchase. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days. If you would like to return your item please follow the steps below.

FAULTY ITEMS

Sometimes things can go wrong. If your jewellery has arrived faulty or has developed a fault please contact us before returning anything to Edenborough Evans. You can contact us at sales@edenboroughevans.com. Do not return a faulty item without contacting us first.

HOW TO RETURN

Customers must contact Edenborough Evans by email within 14 days from the date of purchase in order to make a return for exchange or refund. In order to process your exchange or refund, please email sales@edenboroughevans.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Items to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • State your preference of exchange or refund

Once we have approved your return request, we will send you our returns address along with your returns authorisation. Refunds will only be granted for orders returned within 14 days of the original purchase day.

*All items returned must be unworn and in their original condition as you received them. Personalised jewellery or bespoke made-to-order pieces are final sales, there are no returns for these items. For hygiene purposes, we cannot offer returns on earrings.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

We don’t offer a free returns service at the moment. For now, please return your order to us via a registered mail service. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, including any international taxes & duties, if returning from outside Australia. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our returns department. Edenborough Evans reserve the right to deny a refund if it does not adhere to our refund policy.
