Terms of Agreement for online trading between Edenborough Evans (ABN 82 274 241 337) (“EDENBOROUGH EVANS”) and the user of this website (“You/Your”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.edenboroughevans.com (“Website”) and the purchase of any goods (“Product/Products”) from it. The Website is owned and operated by EDENBOROUGH EVANS. Should You have any questions, please contact EDENBOROUGH EVANS via e-mail (sales@edenboroughevans.com) prior to ordering from this Website.
The Website is owned and operated by EDENBOROUGH EVANS. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and may be revised by EDENBOROUGH EVANS from time to time.
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree that You will use the Website in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and that You will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
You will not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website. You will not hack into the Website, EDENBOROUGH EVANS computer systems or the computer systems of other users of the Website. Hacking means unauthorised access, malicious damage and/or interference and includes, without limitation, mail bombing, propagating viruses, worms or other types of malicious programs, deliberate attempts to overload a computer system, broadcast attacks or any other method designed to damage or interfere with the operation of a computer system or website.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed at the EDENBOROUGH EVANS Online Boutique. Gift vouchers are not valid to be redeemed at any EDENBOROUGH EVANS stockist. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. EDENBOROUGH EVANS does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If You wish to return or exchange a Product or Products purchased from the EDENBOROUGH EVANS Online Boutique due to change of mind, You may do so in accordance with the following process:
- You must notify EDENBOROUGH EVANS by email (sales@edenboroughevans.com) within 14 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 5 working days after such notification.
- You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement or e-mail confirmation from EDENBOROUGH EVANS. The Product must be returned to EDENBOROUGH EVANS head office.
- On International returns You must mark on the courier company’s consignment so that the Product does not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
- You must return the Product in its original condition with the original packaging
- You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
- You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.
- Upon receipt of the Product by EDENBOROUGH EVANS, EDENBOROUGH EVANS will refund to You the purchase price for the Product.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
- Refunds for purchased made using EDENBOROUGH EVANS Online Boutique Gift Vouchers, will be returned via a EDENBOROUGH EVANS Online Boutique Gift Voucher.
- Refunds will only be given to Products purchased at the EDENBOROUGH EVANS Online Boutique. Refunds will not be given for EDENBOROUGH EVANS stock purchased from EDENBOROUGH EVANS stockists.
- No Refund or exchange given on earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. If You wish to exchange, please make Your request clear via email (sales@edenboroughevans.com).
Custom made pieces may not be returned.
GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY
If you receive a faulty or damaged Product You must notify EDENBOROUGH EVANS by e-mail (sales@edenboroughevans.com) within 14 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 5 days after such notification. On International returns You must mark on the courier company’s consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again. You must return the Product in its original condition with the original packaging. If the Product is deemed damaged or faulty by EDENBOROUGH EVANS, EDENBOROUGH EVANS will exchange the Product. This Product will then be resent to You. If the Product is no longer available EDENBOROUGH EVANS will issue You a refund. EDENBPROUGH EVANS takes no responsibility for Products that are damaged by You.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you need to cancel an order, please contact EDENBOROUGH EVANS immediately via e-mail (sales@endenboroughevans.com). Orders that have been processed and sent will be subject to EDENBOROUGH EVANS Terms & Conditions relating to the Returns and Exchanges. If Your order has not been processed a refund will be given to You on the conditions that:
You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement or e-mail confirmation from EDENBOROUGH EVANS.
Refunds will be credited back in the same method of payment made by You to purchase the product.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
EDENBOROUGH EVANS provides free shipping.
Orders are posted with Australia Post. All Orders are sent using registered mail. Australia Post specifies a delivery time of 2-4 business days. EDENBOROUGH EVANS will not be held responsible for delays. Shipping to destinations outside of Australia may take longer.
It is Your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should You enter the wrong address, EDENBOROUGH EVANS is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at a cost to themselves.
It is the responsibility of You to inform EDENBOROUGH EVANS via e-mail (sales@edenboroughevans.com) if an order does not arrive. Once EDENBOROUGH EVANS learns an order has not arrived by the due date, EDENBOROUGH EVANS will lodge enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. EDENBOROUGH EVANS will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, EDENBOROUGH EVANS will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched at the discretion of EDENBOROUGH EVANS.
